Locking Piece DIN 42558 for Air Vent and Oil Drain

Locking pieces in accordance with DIN 42558 are used either for air vent or oil drain. The sizes 6 and 12 are meant for air vent while the sizes 6A and 12A are designed for oil drain.

The locking piece for oil drain is used for draining oil from radiators .

Via the locking piece for air vent (milled screw) air can be relased while filling the radiators respective the filled hollow space.
The locking pieces are available upon request in stainless steel AISI 316L (1.4404) or duplex steel (1.4462) for offshore applications.
